Frank is also a father and husband so we discuss the added pressure he felt to make it work, when he knew he couldn’t just eat tuna out of a can every night and had others who relied on him.

It’s such an interesting chat and really got me thinking differently, working more intuitively and taking the necessary breaks we need has really worked incredibly for Heidi’s business and productivity and I hope you can all take something from this chat!
