Frank is a designer, business owner, creative & mentor for designers. He has cultivated an engaged community of designers via social media sharing his wisdom on design, business and life in the most entertaining way - you’ve gotta check out his Instagram top-notch quality content.
We talk what it’s like to work for yourself, things to consider when wanting to build your own business, the hurdles you will face and if the glory is worth the struggle and how he made 6-figures in his first-year solo.
Frank is also a father and husband so we discuss the added pressure he felt to make it work, when he knew he couldn’t just eat tuna out of a can every night and had others who relied on him.

This week I chat with Heidi Lou founder of Heidi Lou designs, who is a women empowerment advocate brand designer and artist. Heidi is all about getting in tune with your own body and health and ensuring you make decisions that are right for you.
We discuss Heidi’s career journey, how she went from climbing the corporate ladder to running her business according to her cycle (that’s right we are talking periods). It’s such an interesting chat and really got me thinking differently, working more intuitively and taking the necessary breaks we need has really worked incredibly for Heidi’s business and productivity and I hope you can all take something from this chat!

This week I chat with Mark Acheson one of the founders of Crisis Heroes a free online community platform empowering everyday heroes to lend a hand to those who need it.
I chat with Mark about how 2020 threw his plans out the window like it did many of us, he had just quit his job and was ready to travel the world and experience working abroad when good old Corona hit & he landed back at his parents house in rural Australia.
Instead of giving up Mark and his best mate decided to pivot and start a business with purpose, and Crisis heroes was born. Since then they have had some rapid growth and hit some pretty major achievements including a feature on the Today Show!
