What is your "purpose" for working | Bonus ep 6

This week we break down our working "why", contrary to what I thought in the past, our careers may not need to give us a sense of fulfilling purpose. They can fill alternative needs in our lives, sometimes the "purpose" of working is to make money. 

I break down the 5 reasons I believe people work, once you understand your working why, you can consider what your  "unthinkable ask" is. 

E.g. Pay rise, remote working flexibility, a cooler office space...
