I’m joined by Ryan Cheng, who you may remember from Season 1, this time Ryan is in a totally different place than he was a year ago and it’s really powerful to see the journey he’s been on.

 

It reminded me about how much can change in 1 year, and that great change and progress is slow-burning.

 

We talk openly about job loss, making career decisions on the stage in life you are at and knowing it’s ok to change your mindset.
